These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NxTLvL. By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using NxTLvL in any way, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
NxTLvL is a question bank and study-tracking tool. It is a study aid, not a guarantee of exam results, official examination material, or a substitute for your formal curriculum or primary source references.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Improper conduct, including misuse of promotional programs such as free trials, referral rewards, or discount codes, may result in suspension of the account involved and forfeiture of any associated rewards.
From time to time NxTLvL offers free trial periods, early-access perks (e.g. "Day One" membership), and referral rewards. The specific mechanics, durations, and eligibility rules for these are described in-app at the time they're offered and may change or end at any time — participating in one doesn't guarantee it will be offered again or on the same terms in the future.
During this pre-launch period, paid subscriptions are processed manually — you submit a payment reference number, and access is activated after we confirm the payment. The billing period in progress when you cancel is non-refundable. If you paid for multiple months up front, you can cancel and receive a refund of the unused whole months, less a 25% administrative fee on that unused amount. Refunds are sent back through the payment method you used, and access ends once the refund is issued. We will also correct genuine billing errors, and honor any refund required by law. Pricing and payment methods may change as NxTLvL moves toward official launch.
Content within NxTLvL — questions, rationales, and related material — is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial study use only. You agree to use the service only as intended and not in any manner that could compromise its integrity, security, or fair operation for other users.
Questions and rationales are regularly reviewed for quality, but no question bank is error-free. If you spot something wrong, please flag it in-app — that's genuinely how the question bank gets better. Always cross-check against your primary references for anything exam-critical.
You can stop using NxTLvL at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without a refund of any active subscription period in cases of improper conduct.
NxTLvL is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for exam outcomes, missed study time due to service interruptions, or indirect damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms as NxTLvL evolves, especially around official launch. Material changes will be flagged in-app; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
